RULES, REGULATIONS & RESERVATIONS

  1. NO SMOKING inside our home.
  2. All guest rooms are located on the second floor of our home. You must be able to climb stairs to reach your room.
  3. A confirmed reservation requires a 50% deposit of the room rate.
  4. A deposit payment may be made by VISA CREDIT CARD or PERSONAL CHEQUE only.
  5. Cancellation Policy: 2 weeks notice of cancellation must be provided in order to receive a full refund of deposit, less the cancellation fee. Please note that a $20.00 cancellation fee will apply regardless of the notification date.
    Less than 2 weeks notice prior to cancellation will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
